The "Tools" menu is intended as a configuration aid, 
    and a place to access information about INX.
    
    For example, it has an option to re-read this
    introductory outline. 
    
    It is also the place to find options like choosing
    an editor other than the default, installing software,
    adjusting the time display, and setting the default
    sound levels.
